We also look at environmental impact strategies related to asset value along with pollution control exemptions, double assessment reviews of your current assets, economic obsolescence based on production versus capacity or energy efficiencies and determine if reclassification or special treatment of assets is needed due to functional obsolescence or process bottlenecks. Our staff looks at technological advances and determines if your equipment is technologically obsolete based on a global economy. We analyze raw material and finished product transportation costs. We will also review your inventory for potential exemptions.

Our goal is to ensure that your properties assessed value is based on market value. We accomplish this by researching market sales to support our proposed values and depreciation schedules.

Our staff will prepare personal property returns based on our analysis listed above and minimizing your internal workload. We timely file all necessary appeals with the appropriate taxing authorities and represent you at all settlement negotiations including informal meetings, appearances before Assessment Review Boards and legal remedies, if needed. Our office also handles Central and Apportioned Assessments.
